It happens. Sometimes you get the wrong client. Some of them turn out to be like “Radio Active Waste” (RAW) for your business. Or, maybe you just can’t help them without it costing too much on your part. You decide it just isn’t worth it and it doesn’t make good business sense. Now, what do you do about it?
Let’s talk about why, when and how to fire these “RAW” customers. It’s not anyone’s favorite thing to do but you and they really will be better off if you go separate ways. Planning ahead will make this unpleasant, but sometimes crucial, task much easier. There really are some best practices you can use.
