Brainstorming on Firing a Customer
September 11, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pmFree
It happens. Sometimes you get the wrong client. Some of them turn out to be like “Radio Active Waste” (RAW) for your business. Or, maybe you just can’t help them without it costing too much on your part. You decide it just isn’t worth it and it doesn’t make good business sense. Now, what do you do about it?

Planning ahead will make this unpleasant, but sometimes crucial, task much easier. There really are some best practices you can use. You might even be able to save the relationship and take them back when it can be win-win for you both or keep them as customers but with a better understanding. Bring your experiences, questions and concerns.
